Buying thrift online only works if you can trust what you're getting. So we don't just photograph and list — every piece goes through the same hands-on process before it ever appears on the site.

1. Inspect

We go over each garment in daylight — seams, linings, zips, buttons, hems. Anything worth flagging gets noted, and anything that doesn't meet our bar gets set aside.

2. Clean

Everything is properly cleaned before it's listed — washed or dry-cleaned as the fabric needs. It arrives fresh and ready to wear.

3. Measure

We measure each piece by hand and list the real dimensions on every product page, so you know exactly what you're getting — no surprises at the door.
